Our Seven-Step Process

It's simple, cost-effective, and it works.

1. A meeting at your premises
A meeting allows us to better understand your communication needs and goals. Will the production only on video or can it also appear on your intranet? Will any print support accompany the production?

2. A creative brief
This document outlines what was agreed upon at the initial meeting, creative approach to be taken, shooting and post-production schedule listing key sign-offs, and a production budget.

3. Production of video
We use professional equipment and craftspeople. Your senior management and employees will appreciate our courteous and good-natured team.

4. Paper transcripts
If the project is a series of interviews, we can provide written transcripts of the interviews. This is an easy way to include you in the decision making/creative process.

5. First edit
We'll provide a screening copy of the first edit with a time code burn. This code is a running clock in the top left corner of the frame which allows you to readily identify particular segments of the video for discussion.

6. Successive edits then final delivery
Delivery on either VHS, BetaSP (professional video), DVD, web-ready computer file etc.

7. Post-Production Assesment
Based on our initial discussion, we can determine if success was achieved with this communication. We can also talk about what went well and what didn't go as well as planned; this will help us for the next production.
