On a Prime set we treat your employees with the same respect we would show to a Jack Nicholson or a Meryl Streep.
Understandably, some folks may be nervous. Who wouldn't be? Sitting under the lights, a microphone hovering overhead, a camera pointed at you - yikes! (Truthfully, even some of the Hollywood types get a tad anxious.) We run a relaxed ship. Sean - our producer - is quick with a joke. Our camera operator, Michael, is so amiable, he'll quickly put anyone at ease. We learn a bit about your employee - what he or she does to help your operation. We even explain a bit about the production process, and before you know it, your employee is ready for their close up.
